ArrowMark Partners is seeking an experienced product marketer to play a key role contributing to the business development and capital formation initiatives for ArrowMark’s growing commercial real estate finance business. The Product Marketing Director will lead the marketing strategy and execution, overseeing the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral and investor communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and continuously strengthen ArrowMark’s Commercial Real Estate (“CRE”) investment platform capabilities and strategy-level competitive positioning to institutional allocators and private fund investors
  • Serve as the CRE subject matter expert to the distribution team and broader organization leading the development of marketing materials, investor communications, case studies, customized presentations, and due diligence materials to support existing relationships and attract new business
  • Work in close partnership with business development directors to translate client needs into strategy positioning, vehicle structures and ongoing communications
  • Assist with prospective client meetings, ad hoc due diligence requests, and preparation specific to strategy performance, portfolio positioning, new products, etc.
  • Participate in regular investment discussions with CRE investment team to maintain a strong understanding of deal transactions, pipeline, investment themes and general market environment as a means of developing a consistent flow of communications with both new and existing investors to drive business development initiatives and manage client relationships
  • Serve as liaison to the investment team to ensure strong communications, participation, and support of business development efforts
  • Assist leadership team with product development initiatives, including competitive analysis, product positioning, fund formation documents, and fundraising plans
  • Ongoing coordination and communication with investment operations specific to performance reporting, valuation methodologies, capital events and vehicle governance

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 5 years’ in investor relations or real estate product marketing role
  • Possess strong investment acumen with the ability to speak cogently across investment products and capital structures
  • Ability to drive investment content from concept to completion, and translate technical features of investment strategies into client benefits
  • Strong written and verbal communication and marketing skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Compensation* and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is approximated to be $120,000 to $135,000 USD. Actual pay will be based on the skills and experience of each candidate.

Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award. Individual bonuses are determined based on individual, team, and company performance.

*The salary range is posted in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The salary range for this same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of Colorado. Actual pay will be based on the skills and experience of each candidate.
