Platform Overview
ArrowMark’s commercial mortgage-backed lending (“CML”) finance platform is anchored by its senior debt programs managed on behalf of several insurance company and financial institution partners and focused on originating and asset managing middle-market CMLs across a mix of traditional and specialty asset types.
Our investment programs invest across the capital stack – from senior and mezzanine debt financing to preferred and joint venture equity – providing capital flexibility to our borrowers and downside risk mitigation to our investors.
CML Programs
Core
- $10 million to $100 million target investment amount per property with focus on the top 50 MSAs
- 1st mortgages & B-notes
- 5 to 15 year term
- All asset classes with emphasis on multi-family, office, retail, industrial and self-storage
- Fixed rate execution
- All products managed in-house for the life of the investment
Core-Plus
- $10 million to $100 million target investment amount per property with focus on the top 50 MSAs
- Bridge Loans & B-Notes
- Mezzanine & Preferred Equity
- 3 to 7 year term
- All asset classes with emphasis on multi-family, office, retail, industrial and self-storage
- Fixed and floating rate execution
- All products managed in-house for the life of the investment
Opportunistic
- $10 million to $100 million target investment amount per property with focus on the top 50 MSAs
- Mezzanine, Preferred Equity, & Joint Ventures
- 2 to 4 year term
- All asset classes with an emphasis on multi-family, office, retail, industrial, and self-storage
- Fixed and floating rate execution

- $500,000 to $10 million target investment amount per property
