Our Team & Culture

At ArrowMark, we often say our assets under management are our team members and client partnerships. We believe the most effective way to attract and retain a diverse and inclusive workforce is to foster an open, collaborative culture where diversity of perspectives, ideas, and experiences is highly valued and encouraged. To have a long, successful career at ArrowMark, employees must “excel at their day job and help others excel at theirs.” We believe such a culture enhances employee engagement and leads to better investment outcomes for our clients.

Since our founding, ArrowMark has strived to build a collaborative culture rooted in five guiding principles:

  • Be Vulnerable
  • Assume Best Intentions
  • Take Time to Self-Reflect
  • Be Curious to be Impactful
  • Earn Trust
