CLO Captive Equity Strategy

Our captive CLO Equity strategy offers access to majority-owned equity positions in ArrowMark’s new-issue broadly syndicated Elevation CLOs. The strategy’s investment process combines fundamental credit analysis with structuring expertise and an active management style to assess risk and identify inefficiencies and opportunities aimed at generating current income with the potential for high cash-on-cash returns for CLO equity investors.

Multi-Sector Credit Strategy

Our Multi-Sector Credit strategy reflects the firm’s expertise across securitized and niche private credit markets, with investments spanning ABS, agencies, debt and equity Collateralized Loan Obligations (“CLOs”), CMBS, commercial real estate, regulatory capital relief, and RMBS. The investment process leverages deep, fundamental research, and structuring capabilities to generate income-driven returns while maintaining short duration, weighted average investment-grade credit quality, and an elevated level of portfolio diversification. The strategy seeks to deliver attractive absolute returns with lower volatility and less frequent / shallower drawdowns and is designed to be a strong complement to traditional fixed income and other credit strategies.
