Overview
ArrowMark’s commercial real estate (“CRE”) finance investment platform was launched in 2019 and is managed by seasoned leadership with a long track record of structuring flexible and reliable, debt and equity capital solutions for commercial real estate operators and sponsors across a wide range of property types.
We specialize in middle-market commercial mortgage (“CML”) lending in the U.S. where we believe an attractive and persistent investment opportunity exists relative to other CRE assets due to innate market inefficiencies and the mismatch of opportunities with capital dedicated to this segment of the market.
The team’s investment activities primarily focus on cash-flowing opportunistic and value-add assets, where our target deal size and structuring agility offer execution reliability in complex and/or expeditious circumstances.
The team sources and manages structured debt and equity investments for ArrowMark’s multi-sector credit and multi-asset strategies, along with a dedicated CRE Structured Finance strategy and related co-investments.
